All international shipments are shipped either by international airmail or by Fedex. For international airmail, final delivery will be handled by your local postal carrier (This is also applicable to legacy shipments shipped by DHL Globalmail). Shipments by Fedex will be delivered by Fedex or their local partner in your country.
As registered airmail service is the most economical service, it is not a time-guaranteed service. For shipments where you wish to receive urgently, please choose Fedex service during checkout.

All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition, ie. Item(s) found to be unsatisfactory upon receipt can be shipped back to you at a flat rate of $15 USD.
