Your satisfaction is our priority. Enjoy 100% return for exchange on sizes for all orders within 60 Days from the day your order is shipped. No exchange fees will be charged. We will be happy to exchange the item(s) to a different size (in the same style and color). Sale items (eg. Outlet) will not be eligible for exchanges.

All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition, ie. Returns for exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unstretched, unstained and in the state you received them and in the original packaging and with their tags attached. Any items that have any scent, deodorant, perfume on them will be considered as worn. Please note the complimentary/promotion items are not available for exchange. Exchanges can only be done once. 

Item(s) found to be unsatisfactory upon receipt can be shipped back to you at a flat rate of $15 USD. Such items will be kept for a maximum of 10 days from the date of notification before being disposed of. ***The item(s) and return postage is your responsibility until it reaches our fulfilment centre. For your protection, we would recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of goods and also provides a tracking service. Please include your original invoice inside the package to facilitate the transaction.*** We do not provide refunds in change of mind scenarios. In the rare event of defects, please let us know upon receipt of items and we will be happy to help in replacing them.
